Add your broth and put it aside. Now you want to make a thick sauce, which is made by cooking your meat in a soup base. This meat base is cooked for about half an hour and then you add a few more ingredients to the soup before adding the meat.
The broth is cooked for a few hours and is then added to your meat base. The meat base is cooked for about two hours and then you add the broth and meat mixture. The meat base is cooked for another hour and then you add your vegetables and meats. It’s a big meal, so you probably want to do it slowly.

I’m not sure if it’s chuba cabra, but I can say I love it. It’s simple and easy to make and you can make it in advance and it’s a great meat base for a dish. It tastes like chicken stock but that’s because it’s homemade.
