Here’s the thing, when you’re new to a place, the first thing you do is look around. Once you find your own home, you quickly begin to explore it with your eyes, your mind, and your heart. But when you’re in a new place, the first thing you do is stare at your surroundings.
This is a pretty good way to learn to look. The first thing you learn is that your home is a place. The second thing is that you need to explore it with your eyes, your mind, and your heart.
The thing about being a newbie is that when you first start exploring your home, you tend to focus on the things you see first. But that is a mistake. The first thing you learn to do is to focus on the things you see. The second thing is to look at the things you see. Once you are able to look at your home with your eyes, your heart, and your mind, you can start to get a feel for it.
I have to admit, my first time looking at my home was a bit of a disaster. You see, when I first started working with the team that builds my home I was just looking at it through my own eyes. The thing is, I can’t really see the whole of my home at once, so I just look at things one-by-one. I can see the walls and the moldings, but I can’t really see the floor beneath those.
After the first few weeks, you build up a sense of what your home is like from your physical presence, and then you start to look at your home as a whole. You start to look at it with your mind, with your heart, and with your soul. You start to see that it isn’t just a physical object—you can see through it, and the reality behind what you see is much greater than what you see.
As we saw in our last post, it’s important for us to take our home’s flaws in our hearts and turn them into strengths. The reality of the house is much greater than what you can see in the glass. What we want to see is what lies beneath the surface. This is the power of a self-aware home, and we see through it’s flaws, to what lies beneath.

I’ve written a lot about the meditation and the yoga. You could say that meditation is a great way to find peace in your body without the need for self-awareness. But meditation isn’t your mother’s medicine. The meditation for me is like being on a cliff and your mind is floating there. You may have a mind of your own but never have to realize that it is all happening in your head. As long as you don’t mind it, you will find peace.
Yes, meditation can be very difficult, but it is also very rewarding. I know that when I meditate, I feel calm and peaceful. My body feels relaxed. I can sleep peacefully. I can relax the tension in my breathing. I can calm my mind. I can feel the peace that fills my body. This is what meditation is all about.
