If you’re dealing with a really stressful situation, it might be that your body is simply stressed beyond the point where it’s physically broken down and can’t heal itself.

The good news is that stress can be controlled and measured. For example, a high stress level can be induced by a person being on the edge of a cliff and having to jump off in order to survive. A low stress level can be caused by a person having to drive through a bridge so that he can reach a light. So if youre stressed out, it might be that you have a stress disorder and the stress of the situation is causing your body to break down.

The body’s cells can break down because of a lack of oxygen or blood.
