I dont think theyre a bad choice, though, and they certainly don’t have to be a staple of your smoothie rotation. Since smoothies are a pretty standard part of my routine, I find them incredibly convenient to make and theyre a very easy way to make a great smoothie.
You can also find them in Greek restaurants, which are more likely to serve Greek food than the generic stuff you find in almost any other place in the world (that is, if you don’t choose to go to a Greek restaurant and then go to the Greek grocery store to buy it). In that sense, the Greek version of smoothies are just as delicious.
