Stress is the biggest reason why people quit or fail to stick with their resolutions. And it’s the worst thing that can happen to you. I’m not saying that you should totally give up those New Year’s Resolutions that you made to get married, have a baby, and so on. But if you’re feeling overwhelmed and stressed out, you should definitely consider taking a break from the day-to-day tasks.
Maybe. This is the one thing that I’ve learned over the years to do: If you’re stressed out, take a break. Whether its just a one or two-day break. Just take a break from your responsibilities. Sit somewhere else. Get away from the computer. Go spend time with your family. Get a massage. Whatever it is you need, just take a break. You’ll feel better.
We are very fortunate to be living in America when stress is so rampant, right? We get to be in a place where we can relax and take a vacation that we can afford. Maybe it’s a place like Hawaii or Florida, where you get to relax, take a break, and just be a kid again.
