I think most of us have a certain amount of self-awareness, most of us have some kind of inner or outer awareness. A lot of us know exactly what we’re doing and why we’re doing it, but we’re probably not aware of these other factors that keep us from accomplishing our goals.

For example, I like the fact that it’s obvious that we don’t actually need to think about our behaviors, but we can. For instance, being angry at the person who makes us angry. Or being aware that we are in a position of power. (We are.

This is so important. Being aware of our inner needs and how we use these needs to create our goals is so vital because without this awareness, we are lost. Without this awareness, we have no idea how we are going to achieve our goals. It’s the same with our behaviors. We have to be aware of how we interact with others, and how we act to achieve our goals.

The most important thing about how we interact with others is that we can be in real time about what we want to do, how we want to act, and how we want to act now. Our behavior will always be in response to our intentions.

One of the most effective ways to achieve your goals is by being present to them. Being present is about being in the here and now. It’s about being aware of your actions and their results. It’s about being aware of your surroundings. We often think of being present as being the opposite of being absent, but that’s not really true. Being present is about not being distracted. It’s about being fully present.
